Account Suspension & Termination

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including bonus credits and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, the remaining real-money balance will be returned after all pending wagering requirements are satisfied and verification is complete.

Limitation of Liability
